Webbfabriken AB ("we", "us", "our") values your privacy. WF SecurityCloud is designed with privacy as a foundation - we do not collect personal data from your users or track their activities.

What Information We Collect

1. Customer Information (buyers only)

When you purchase WF SecurityCloud, we only collect:

• Company name and organization number
• Contact person name and email address
• Billing address
• Payment information (handled by Stripe or Fortnox)

2. Security Data (not personal data)

Our system registers:

• IP addresses from attackers and threats
• Domains used for attacks
• Attack patterns and signatures

Important: This data is NOT linked to any identifiable individuals but only to threats and attacks.

What We DO NOT Collect

How We Use Information

Customer information is used to:

• Provide and manage your WF SecurityCloud license
• Send invoices and handle payments
• Provide technical support when you contact us
• Inform about important security updates

Security data is used to:

• Block threats and attacks in real-time
• Improve our security algorithms
• Share threat information between all WF SecurityCloud customers
• Generate anonymized statistics about global threats

Data Storage and Security

🏢 Where is data stored?

All data is stored securely on our own servers in our own premises in Sweden. We use NO cloud services or third-party providers for data storage.

🔐 How is data protected?

• Physical security in our premises with restricted access
• Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
• Encrypted data storage
• Limited access only for authorized personnel
• Regular security reviews

⏱️ How long is data stored?

• Customer information: As long as you are a customer + 7 years for accounting
• Security data: Maximum 90 days for active threats

Third Parties

Payment Processing

We use the following trusted services for payment:

• Stripe: For card payments (PCI-DSS certified)
• Fortnox: For invoicing (Swedish provider)

These services handle payment information according to their own privacy policies and we never store card details.

No Other Data Sharing

We NEVER sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing or other purposes.

Your Rights

As our customer, you have the right to:

• Access the information we have about you
• Correct incorrect information
• Delete your information (when accounting law permits)
• Export your information in machine-readable format
• Object to processing of your information
