1. Introduction
These terms of service ("Terms") apply to the use of WF SecurityCloud (the "Service") provided by Webbfabriken AB (org. no. 559274-4816), ("we", "us", "our").
By using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Service Description
WF SecurityCloud is an AI-driven cybersecurity service that:
- Blocks threats and attacks in real-time
- Protects against phishing, malware and other cyber threats
- Provides security statistics and reports
- Shares threat information between all users for collective protection
⚠️ Important to Understand
WF SecurityCloud does NOT collect personal data from your users. We only register IP addresses and domains from attackers - information that is publicly available.
3. License and Usage
3.1 License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to the number of devices covered by your subscription.
3.2 Permitted Use
You may use the Service to:
- Protect your systems against cyber threats
- Monitor security events
- Generate security reports for internal use
3.3 Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
- Resell or distribute the Service
- Attempt to bypass security features
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Overload our systems with unnecessary requests
4. Payment
4.1 Pricing
Current prices are available on our website. All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Payment Terms
- Monthly payment: Invoiced in advance each month
- Annual payment: Invoiced in advance for the entire year
- Payment terms: 30 days net
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept:
- Card payment via Stripe
- Invoice via Fortnox
- Bank transfer
5. Data and Privacy
5.1 Your Data
You own all data generated by your use of the Service. We only use data to provide and improve the Service.
5.2 Security Data
IP addresses and domains from attackers are shared anonymously between all users to improve collective protection. This data is not linked to identifiable individuals.
5.3 Data Storage
All data is stored securely on our servers in Sweden. We do not use any cloud services or third-party providers for data storage.
6. Support and SLA
6.1 Support
Support is included in all subscriptions:
- Standard: Email support weekdays 9-17
- Enterprise: Priority support with guaranteed response time
6.2 Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime for the Service. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.
7. Warranties and Limitations of Liability
7.1 Service Provided "As Is"
We warrant that the Service functions substantially as described, but we cannot guarantee 100% protection against all threats.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses.
7.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.
8. Termination
8.1 Your Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time. No refund is given for already paid periods.
8.2 Our Termination
We may terminate your account if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Do not pay invoices on time
- Use the Service in a way that harms other users
8.3 After Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service ends immediately
- Your data is deleted within 30 days
- You can request export of your data before deletion
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. For significant changes, we will inform you at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If this fails, the dispute shall be settled by Swedish court.
